Educational content only — not medical advice
M.I.L.F. Shiksha publishes health education, not healthcare. Nothing on this site is medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional. No doctor–patient relationship is created by using the site, or by reading anything on it.
If something hurts, bleeds, changes, worries you, or lasts — see a doctor. Tests, trackers and self-assessments on this site (ED assessment, sperm score, hormone tracker and friends) are conversation starters and self-reflection aids: their outputs are opinions computed from rules and lifestyle inputs, not clinical findings. A score from this site means nothing a clinic lab cannot tell you properly.
AI-generated content
Wingman's analyses and suggested replies are produced by an AI model with a heuristic fallback. They can be wrong, can misread tone, can suggest replies that do not fit your situation, and are never statements of fact, professional advice, or promises about what another person thinks or will do. The label on the output is honest: treat it as a draft written by software.
No warranties — the service is "as is"
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including:
- Availability — we do not promise the site will be up, uninterrupted, or free of bugs. Maintenance, provider outages and hosting failures happen. The Status page shows live checks, not a commitment.
- Accuracy — we work hard to cite sources and correct errors, but we do not warrant that every claim is complete, current or error-free. Medical understanding changes; check publication dates and follow the sources.
- Fitness — we do not warrant that the site meets your particular purpose.
- Offline behaviour — the PWA serves cached content when you are offline; cached pages may be older than the live site.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, and regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise), M.I.L.F. Shiksha and its contributors shall not be liable for:
- indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages;
- loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity;
- personal or health decisions you make based on the content;
- actions of third-party providers (hosting, AI, database, rate-limit services) or their outages;
- any damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the site.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the site shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for the site in the twelve months before the claim — which is zero, because the service is free. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent the law allows.
Emergency situations
This site is not an emergency or crisis service and has no one monitoring it. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency number (112 across India) or your nearest emergency department now — do not wait for a reply from a form, a tool or an AI.
External links
Guides cite external sources and link out to publishers such as PubMed, CDC and WHO. Those sites are under their own control; a link is a citation, not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for how you interpret and use the information here: as one input among many, checked against a professional where it matters. You are also responsible for complying with the law where you live and for keeping this site away from minors, as set out in the Terms of Service.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify the site's contributors against claims arising from your misuse of the service or your violation of these terms — meaning, if you do something the terms forbid and someone sues us over it, you cover the cost. This clause applies only where the law allows such indemnities.
Changes
This disclaimer may be updated; the date at the top shows the last revision. It should be read together with the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
