सेवा शर्तें

इस मुफ़्त, गुमनाम साइट के पीछे का समझौता: कौन इस्तेमाल कर सकता है, आप हमें क्या अधिकार देते हैं, और नियम तोड़ने वालों का क्या होता है।

Acceptance

By using M.I.L.F. Shiksha ("the site", "we"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. It really is that simple — there is no account to cancel, because there are no accounts.

Who can use this site

You must be 18 years or older and legally able to agree to these terms in your location. The site publishes adult sexual-health education; it is not directed at minors, and we do not operate any age-verification gate — the responsibility to keep this site away from minors rests with the adult supervising the device.

What the service is

M.I.L.F. Shiksha is a free, anonymous, ad-free educational library: long-form guides with cited sources, interactive self-assessment tools, and an AI-assisted conversation helper ("Wingman"). It is offered as-is for education and self-reflection.

The site is not a medical service. No doctor–patient relationship is formed by using it, and nothing on it is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Read the full Disclaimer — it is part of these terms.

Free service

All features are free. There are no paid tiers today, and if that ever changes these terms will be updated first. Free features carry usage limits (for example 5 Wingman analyses per day) so the service stays available to everyone; the current limits are shown on each tool.

There is no account

You do not register, log in, or provide an email. That has consequences you should understand:

  • You are responsible for your device and browser. Drafts stored in the browser, installed PWA state, and anything visible on your screen are under your control — use the panic button (Esc) or your browser's site-data controls when you need the page gone.
  • Question edit keys are shown once. If we ever hand you a one-time key, losing it means we cannot verify the request came from you.
  • We cannot recover "your account" — there isn't one.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. The short version: no scraping, no spam, no automated hammering, no circumventing the rate limits, no malicious code, no harassment, and no posting other people's personal data. The full rules live in the Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

Your content

When you submit a question or paste a conversation for analysis:

  • You keep ownership of what you write.
  • You grant us a licence to store, moderate, display (once the public thread view launches) and process it solely to operate the service — nothing wider, and never for advertising.
  • You confirm it does not contain other people's personal identifiers, does not violate anyone's rights, and is not unlawful.
  • Do not paste anything you are not allowed to share — other people's private conversations included. Wingman is for conversations you are party to.
  • We may remove content that breaks these terms or the AUP, and we may limit or block access to protect the service (see Enforcement below).

AI-generated content

Wingman's replies are generated by an AI model running on third-party infrastructure, with a local heuristic fallback. They are suggestions, not statements of fact. Tone reads can be wrong, replies may not fit your situation, and nothing they say is professional (medical, legal or psychological) advice. How you use a suggested reply is your responsibility.

Intellectual property

  • The site's code is open source under the MIT licence on GitHub.
  • The content — guides, tool design, copy — is © its contributors. Links and brief quotations with attribution are welcome; republishing whole guides or redrawing the interactive tools requires written permission.
  • Sources cited in the guides belong to their publishers; we link to them, we do not host them.

Third-party links and services

Guides cite external sources (PubMed, CDC, WHO and others) and the site depends on third-party infrastructure (Groq, Supabase, Upstash, Vercel). Those are governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for their content, availability or policies.

Termination

Because there are no accounts, "termination" means one of two things: you stop using the site at any time (nothing to cancel), or we restrict or block access when a user violates these terms or the AUP — for example by hammering the API past its rate limits or attempting to disrupt the service. Blocking is applied at the network level using the salted rate-limit hash, not a personal profile.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the last revision. Continued use after a change means you accept it. If you do not accept it, stop using the site — and email us if a change concerns data you have already submitted.

Warranty disclaimer and liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. The full scope — including downtime, data loss and AI outputs — is in the Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a provision right now, that does not mean we give it up later.
