What every number means

The vocabulary the filters above are built from — one schematic, four definitions, and the script that travels with every angle.

MATTRESS PLANE1 · PILLOW2 · TILT +15°3

1 · PILLOW UNDER SACRUM2 · TILT ARC vs MATTRESS3 · ALIGN POINTS

Drawn as angles and pillow placement — never bodies in contact. The steps under every card are the diagram's written equivalent.
TILT
Pelvic angle against the mattress, drawn as a protractor arc. +15° is the CAT alignment; −10° rolls the G-zone into reach.
PACING
How the movement is driven — slow-sync, her-control, breath-sync, micro-movements. It decides who holds the rhythm.
EFFORT
Your cardio bill, from very-low to high. Pick for the day you actually had, not the one you planned.
HER / PE
Two scores at the foot of each card: expected climax potential with the steps as written, and how much the angle helps you hold the line.

The script travels with the position

Every breakdown carries the one line that keeps an angle usable: “Is this angle good? More pressure or less? Tell me.” The mechanics only work while the check-in does.
